If you're not sure about the size, find a bracelet that fits you (or the person you're buying it for) and measure that bracelet from end to end.

3 - Child Large ( 6 3/4 in.)
4 - Adult Petite (7 in.)
5 - Adult Small (7 1/4 in.)
6 - Adult Medium (7 1/2 in.)
7 - Adult Large (7 3/4 in.)
8 - Adult X-Large (8 in.)
